Use the invitation email from your customer to start supplier signup. The invitation link opens Surefront signup and may include an invitation code and a promo code.
- Open the invitation email and follow its signup link. Keep the link intact so its invitation details are carried into signup.
- Review the plan name, monthly price, and listed features shown on the signup page. The signup page displays the plan and price that will be used for the new account.
- Review the payment summary. If the invitation includes a promo code, it appears in the promo-code field. If you enter a code yourself, select Apply and check the updated summary.
- Enter the cardholder name, card number, expiration date, and security code. Review the displayed total and subscription terms. The form states that the subscription starts today; the amount depends on the plan and any applied promotion. If you agree, select the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy checkbox.
- Once the completed payment fields and agreement enable Account Information, enter the company name, first name, last name, phone number, email address, and password.
- Review the information and displayed payment total, then select Get Started.
- After signup succeeds, Surefront opens the Products area. The invitation code links the new supplier account to the customer invitation.
Open Surefront signup. For a supplier invitation, use the link in the invitation email so its invitation details are included.
