Learn how to sign up for Surefront once your customer has invited you to collaborate with them.

You've received an email from your customer to collaborate on Surefront. What now?

  • Click on Connect in the email

  • Click Select Plan under Team Plan

  • On the next screen enter the following:

    • Company Name

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email

    • Password

  • Click Continue

  • On the next screen copy the Promo Code from the email.

  • Click Apply

  • Under Payment Method, enter the following information (If charges to be billed today is at $0 this step will be for verification purposes only):

    • Name

    • Credit Card Number

    • Expiration Date

    • Security Code

  • Click Save

  • Click Sign Up

  • You will be automatically logged into the Surefront Home Page

Begin collaborating with your customer. On the left-hand side click the 3 lines to find Customer Relationship Management. You'll find your customers company name. Click the down arrow to see the areas to collaborate within.

Collaborate with as many customers as you wish. They will each have their own dedicated space within Surefront.
