These Dashboards show all Workflow Tasks and provide an easy way to manage and review tasks.
To access the Dashboard, select the hamburger menu from the top left hand corner of the screen. Underneath the Administration section will be the Dashboard section, select Workflow Tasks to be redirected to the Workflow Dashboard.
When you access the Workflow Dashboard, 2 filters will automatically be applied to provide your user an active list of tasks. If the Status of the Tasks changes to Completed, the dashboard will refresh and remove that task as part of the applied filter.
To change the filter, select the Filter option in the upper left-hand corner. A menu will appear on the right side of the screen, this menu will allow you to create a new Filter or use any saved filter. When creating a new Filter, select the Add Filter button to include any new filters or select the X at the end of an existing filter to remove it. New Filters will be greyed out until the Apply button is selected.
Navigating the Dashboard:
Item Number, Status, Due Date, Date Upload, Task, Task Notes, Source, Type, and Product Notes are all sortable fields.
Selecting the Image will generate a Quick View on the right side of the screen.
Selecting Item Number will redirect you to the Product Details screen
Clicking into a Status allows you to change the Status and edit the Task Notes
Selecting the Source will redirect you to the Order, Project, or Quote that this item is currently a part of
