In the Catalog Management section, we can organize the Catalog and see what users have access to the Catalog.

On the left-hand side under Catalog Structure, you can see the existing categorization of the Catalog. To add new Categories to the Catalog, select the Create button on the upper right. All Categories will be nested under “All” and will appear in ascending order, 0-9 and A-Z. While there isn’t a limit to the number of Categories you can create, we don’t recommend going beyond 2 nested levels.

To move items to these categories, select the products from the Catalog and select to “Move” them. This will allow for Filters in the Catalog to create smaller sub-sections of the catalog based on the categorization of the Products.
