One of the many benefits of using Surefront is that it allows for collaboration with other teams. In the Supplier Accounts section, you can add Suppliers of your products to work with you in the Product Lifecycle Management section of the platform.
When you first load the screen, you will be able to see which suppliers have been added, their email addresses, and what Connected Categories they are associated with.
To invite suppliers to the platform, select Invite, and the following screen will appear:
Add their email, company name, and what PLM spaces you want them to be a part of. Then they will get an email prompting them to sign into Surefront and create an account. Once their account is live, you will be able to @mention them in several places in Surefront, allowing for seamless communication.
You can also come back to this page to remove Suppliers from categories at any time. Since Quotes and Orders are dependent on both your input and the suppliers, deleting them isn’t possible on the platform. If a Supplier needs to be deleted, please reach out to the Surefront Support team to discuss options with you!
