In Surefront, you can categorize and create fields for pretty much every parameter you can think of. However, this can lead to a massive amount of extra data. Tagging allows for a quick and easy way to associate Products with each other in a temporary way.

Any place where you can select a Product, you can also apply a tag to it. This includes the Catalog, CRM, and PLM sections, and you can select Products to tag in the Card or Table view.

To Tag Products, simply select them and select the Tag button. This will open up a side panel for you to see currently Applied Tags, what Tags are Currently Available, and the option to create a New Tag.

To add an available tag, press the “+” symbol next to the tag name in the Available Tags section. To remove a tag from the products, simply select the “x” next to the tag name in the Applied Tags To Selected Products section.

Managing Tags is currently only available in the Catalog. If you need to edit or delete any tags, go to the Catalog and from the More dropdown menu select Edit/Delete Tags.

To edit the tag, select the pencil, or if you want to delete the tag, select the “x”. If you delete the tag, it will be removed from all products it’s applied to.
