In Surefront by default, you will have access to a full catalog backup of all products in the Catalog, as well as a CSV export of up to 99 products. To perform a Catalog Backup, go to Catalog Management in the Administration section and go to the Uploads tab.
Simply select the Download Entire Catalog Backup, and the process will begin. When your download is complete, you will receive an in-platform message.
To trigger an export, select a couple of Products, then select the Export button. Depending on where you are (Catalog vs CRM vs PLM spaces), the Export button will either be a standalone button or nested in the More dropdown menu.

If you don’t have any custom Exports, then only the first option to generate that CSV file will appear. If you have purchased Custom Exports, they will appear here as well.
