When accessing a specific workspace, the options will be slightly different from selecting an area that is not nested. First, let’s go through the unnested interface:
At the top (outlined in blue) is the navigation for Projects vs Quotes vs Orders. Important to note here is that while an Order is created from a Quote and a Quote from a Project, once they are created, they do not update downstream. If a Product needs to be updated for a Quote or an Order its best practice to update at that level, then save back to the Catalog as needed.
On the left-hand side (outlined in orange) is the Inbox feature of the CRM. Here you can (from top to bottom):
The first section is to create a new Project
The second one is the Inbox, a place to keep your active Projects
The third option is the Archive. Once a Project has been completed, we recommend placing it in the Archive to keep your Inbox nice and clean
The fourth is the All, which will show all Projects from the Inbox and the Archive
And finally, we have the Analytics section, where you can create graphs for reporting on various aspects of the Project/Quote/Orders
