Navigating the CRM

When accessing a specific workspace, the options will be slightly different from selecting an area that is not nested. First, let’s go through the unnested interface:

At the top (outlined in blue) is the navigation for Quotes vs Orders.

On the left-hand side (outlined in orange) is the Inbox feature of the CRM. Here you can (from top to bottom):

  1. The first section is to create a new Project

  2. The second one is the Inbox, a place to keep your active Projects

  3. The third option is the Archive. Once a Project has been completed, we recommend placing it in the Archive to keep your Inbox nice and clean

  4. The fourth is the All, which will show all Projects from the Inbox and the Archive

  5. And finally, we have the Analytics section, where you can create graphs for reporting on various aspects of the Quotes/Orders

Now in a nested area like here:

The screen will look like this when a customer connection has been successfully linked:

Now we can also see a Programs tab at the top. This section is specific to linked customers/buyers and allows you to gain insight into their Programs and see what other products they may be interested in purchasing.
