Tags help you organize products in your catalog and make it easier to find products. Use tags to categorize products by type, collection, characteristics, project, and more! Other team members will be able to search and find products easily by using tags.
Tags are created, edited, and managed in the Product Catalog.
Click on the left menu button
Click on "Catalog"
When in the catalog, select any product and then click on the style #'s for the product details page to appear in another tab.
When the new tab/window opens, on the right side of the page you will see "Manage Tags."
Click on the "Manage Tags" button and then you will be able to add existing tags or you will be able to create new tags on the fly.
Alternatively, you can edit tags on multiple products right through the Catalog page.
Click the checkbox on the bottom left of any product card, and then click on the "Tag" button on the top right of the page.
You can then add and remove tags from these products by either searching for or clicking on the available tags.
If you search for a tag and it isn't available, you can easily click the "Create" button to add the string you entered as tag.
Click the "Save" button on the bottom right, and then you're done.
Deleting and Editing All Tags:
You also have the option to organize, edit, and delete the tags library by going clicking on the "More" button on the top right of the Catalog page.
Here you will be able to add and remove tags from the Catalog. This means they will be removed from the products they are linked to as well. Unlike removing tags on the individual products where the tag is still available for use on other products, editing or removing tags through this option changes things for the entire Catalog.
