To access the messaging interface through the Quotes tab navigate to left menu button > All Products > Department > Category > Quotes
Click on the small Message icon on the far right of the page.
You will then see two tabs at the top indicating your Supplier’s name and then “My Team.”
This allows you to have conversations with both your team and your Supplier simultaneously.
Remember, the messages exchanged here will only be viewable here and nowhere else in the system.
