Open Product Lifecycle Management, choose the relevant category, and open Quotes. Select a quote to view its details and chat panel.

In the quote details, open Chat.

For a sent quote, chat can show a tab for the other company and a separate My Team tab. The other-company tab uses its participant or company name. Draft quotes do not show the other-company tab.

Select the conversation tab, enter your message, and check the displayed audience before sending.
