Do you need to relay an urgent message through your orders on Surefront? No problem! The all new @Mentions is now able to notify your internal team members and suppliers of any urgent request in our chat systems. Follow the steps below to start chatting now.
Navigate to the left menu button > All Products > Department > Category > Orders
Click on either the supplier tab or "My team" tab to relay a message.
This allows you to have conversations with both your team and the Buyer simultaneously. Simply place the @ symbol following the name of who you want this message to be sent to you and write a quick message.
Click send, and your recipient will receive a notification leading them back into the order for review.
It's that simple!
