This article will show you how to view and adjust products in a quick and easy view right in a Quote or a Project. You will be able to adjust the Retail Price, and also send updated Bids over to your Suppliers.
Go to any Quote or Project (left menu button > Departments/Categories > Department > Category > Quotes Tab - click on a Quote).
Now that you have chosen a Quote or Project, click on the table/list view icon located all the way to the right under the “Export” buttons.
Once you click the view, you will see the products ordered in a list and you will see the list of different product details in the top row.
Most fields on the quote are adjustable. You will find chevron arrows in between Unit Cost and Landed Cost. If you select that icon, the table will open up and you will find more fields catered to Freight & Duty.
The formulas are automatically calculated into your landed cost so you are able to adjust duty & freight in live time.
