Managing Products in your Catalog

If you are a Supplier Admin or Sales Admin, you are able to edit and archive products as you or your company sees fit.

  • Go to left menu button >  Select Catalog

  • Here you will see a list of all of your products

  • You can filter and search for items using the tools at the top of the page (i.e. search field, filters, tags, etc.)

  • When you find the products you are looking for, simply click on the checkboxes on the bottom left of each product and then click on the 3-dot ellipses icon labeled “More” and you will see the list of options to:

  1. Move to Category - move selected products to a different category

  2. Archive - archive the products to be removed from the current list of products, but can later be brought back without needing to re-add the product. You will need to archive any product before deleting it permanently. We use this as a precaution to ensure you truly want the item deleted.
