  • Item# - This is the internal product designation and is completely up to your company to set.

  • Category - This pertains to a products category i.e. apparel, furniture, storage, etc.

  • Description - the item’s description in plain text, i.e. blue hamper with chevron print

  • Product L x W x H - product dimensions

  • Master Case/Inner Pack - dimensions of packaging or case

  • Carton L x W x H - dimensions of carton or enclosure

  • Cube - number of cubic feet or meters

  • Weight - in lbs. or kg

  • Material - Grass, silicone, steel, etc.

  • Color - the product color or colorways

  • UPC# - Universal Product Code

  • MOQ - minimum order quantity

  • Lead Time - How long it will take from order to delivery in days

  • HTS# - harmonized tariff schedule

  • Duty Rate %

  • Freight Rate - $/ft³

  • FOB Point - Free On Board Point: Import, Domestic Collect, Domestic Prepaid

  • Unit Cost - $ - This is YOUR cost on the product and it is NOT shared with your customer, this is the cost of production.

  • Unit Price - $ - This is your price you are selling the item for.

  • Freight Cost - is a price at which a certain cargo is delivered from one point to another.

  • Duty Cost - Import duty is a tax collected on imports and some exports by a country's customs authorities

  • Est. Landed Cost - the total price of a product or shipment once it has arrived at the desired point of collection.

  • Margin - % - This is the percentage of profit compared to the original cost of a product.

  • Exp Receipt - Expected Receipt Date
