Creating a Project from Catalog

Quickly get a Project out from your Product Catalog with just a few clicks.

Let's say you are wanting to reorder or get new pricing on products you already have in your Catalog. You can get those products into a Project quicker than ever before.

This is how it's done:

  1. Go to: left menu button > Catalog

  2. Choose a few products you wish to get a quote on by clicking on the boxes in their product cards. 

  3. You will now see the "Project" button highlighted on the top right.

  4. Click on "Project" button and a pop-up will appear asking for a Department/Category, Program, Quote Name and Freight Terms.

  5. Fill out the info and click "Create Project" on the bottom right.

  6. You will then see the Green notification on the top right with a link to the Project. 

  7. Click on the link and you will be taken directly to the draft in Projects.

  8. Once on the Project page select all items and then proceed to select the "Request Quote" button. Once you select this button, individual quotes will be created for each supplier you have sent it to. If you head to the Quotes section, you can see further details there.
