Sending Back Edits to an Internal Team Member: 

Here are some tips for best practices to notify your internal team members on the RFQ when you need to send back edits to you have received from a supplier: 

Individual Edits-Pertaining to a Specific Item

  1. To get to Programs/RFQs go to left menu button >Department/Categories > Select Department > Select Category > Click on the Programs tab and find the program/RFQ you would like to send back some edits to an internal team member on. 

  2. Click into the product you would like to edit and leave your desired note.

  3. You have the option to relay your edits back in an internal sticky note. When it is highlighted black, you are successfully relaying this message to an internal team member.

Multiple Edits- For Multiple Items

  1. To get to Programs/RFQs go to left menu button >Department/Categories > Select Department > Select Category > Click on the Programs tab and find the program/RFQ you would like to send back some edits to an internal team member on.

  2. Make the edits to your desired products. Once finished, exit out of the product details page and click back to the main RFQ page.

  3. There will be a "Notify" button at the top of the RFQ you were working in. Select that button to notify your internal team member.

  4. When your team member receives the notification, they will be redirected to the main RFQ page.
