Use Send to PD to share selected seller quote products with your Product Development team for review.
Send a request
In Customer Relationship Management, open the customer, choose the relevant category, and open Quotes. Open a seller quote and select the products you want to send to Product Development.
Send to PD appears when the feature is enabled for your company. Choose a Buying or Product Development business unit or category, add an optional message, and select Send.
Open Product Development to review the resulting items and track their status.
Review returned updates
When Product Development returns suggested changes, open the quote product with updates. Compare the proposed product and price changes, then select Accept Updates or Reject Updates.
