Creating and Maintaining a Company Profile

Learn how to create and maintain a company profile.

Company profile allows you to share selected items online without the need for a login. Share the link with customers or link on your website. You can even share the link through your online communications.

To get started

  • Click the 3 lines in the upper left hand corner

  • Click Marketplace Profile

Add a Cover Photo

  • Click Edit in the upper right hand corner below Share

  • Drag & Drop an Image in the box or click browse to add from your computer

  • Select how you would like the photo aligned

  • Click Save when finished

Edit Your Company Information

  • Click Edit in the middle of the page on the right side

  • Add applicable information about the company

  • You can add a company logo that appears above the social media links

    • Please note: Company Name and Company Type are required

  • Click Save when finished

Add products to the site

  • Click Add in the middle of the page on the right side next to more and a check box

  • Select the items you wish to add by clicking the box next to the item number

  • Click Add Products at the top of the page when finished

Categories

  • Choose if you wish to display categories or not by sliding the bar next to Display Categories located next to the Search field.

  • If you choose this method, people may search for an item or scroll to an item. If applicable they may use tags as well to filter down.

Tags

You may tag an item(s) to make finding a specific item easier. Please note any tags in your catalog will automatically be available in marketplace profile and vice versa.

  • Click the check box next to each item number

  • Click Tag

  • Select either an available tag in the bottom section or create a new tag in the upper section

  • If you create a new tag: Enter the tag name in the New Tag Name field.

  • Click Create

  • Click Save when finished

To Edit or Delete an Individual Item Tag

  • Click the 3 dots next to the item number

  • Click Edit/Delete Tags

  • Hover over your tag

  • To Delete: Click the X on the right side of the tag name

  • Click Save

  • To Edit the Tag Name: Click on the pencil next to the X on the right side of the tag name

  • Make your changes

  • Click Save when finished

To Edit or Delete Multiple Item Tags

  • Click the check box next to each item number

  • Click More

  • Click Edit/Delete Tags

  • Hover over your tag

  • To Delete: Click the X on the right side of the tag name

  • Click Save

  • To Edit the Tag Name: Click on the pencil next to the X on the right side of the tag name

  • Make your changes

  • Click Save when finished

If you'd like to see what the site will look like from an outside perspective.

  • Click the Preview button in the upper right hand corner

  • A new tab will open

Share the link to your new company profile page.

  • Click share in the upper right hand corner

  • Click copy link

  • Paste the link where needed

User Access

Determine which users should have access to the marketplace profile.

  • Click the 3 lines in the upper left hand corner

  • Click User Accounts

  • Select your user

  • On the right hand side, click Marketplace

  • Select the level of access

    • None: cannot access marketplace

    • Limited: can add new products, components and variants

    • Full: can create and overwrite data
