Create graphs in product lifecycle management based on projects, quotes or orders

Create up to 4 graphs in product lifecycle management using the analytics feature in Surefront.

The feature can be found within product lifecycle management. Choose projects, quotes or orders, then select Analytics along the left side menu.

To begin: Click the + Sign to add a new graph.

The analytics tool requires filling in the below data to create the graph.

  1. Click + next to Data Type

    1. Product or

    2. Order

  2. Click + next to Data Source

    1. Range of drop downs to choose from

    2. Once a drop down is chosen, select if the data should be Averaged or Totaled

  3. Click + next to Date Range

    1. Range of date drop downs to choose from

    2. Once a range is selected, click Apply

  4. Click + next to View By

    1. A variety of drop downs to choose from including week, month, quarter

  5. Click + next to Chart Type

    1. Choose from Line, Bar or Area

  6. The graph will automatically appear

    To Save, Edit, Open, Rearrange or Delete

  7. To save your graph, add a title and click save

  8. To edit your graph, click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of your graph and click edit

  9. To enlarge your graph, click the expand arrows

  10. To rearrange the 4 graphs, drag and drop a graph from one section to another

  11. To delete a graph, click the 3 dots in the upper right of your graph and click delete or click delete within the edited graph

  12. Optional: Add field filters

  13. Click the filter button in the upper right-hand corner

  14. Click + Add Filter

  15. A drop down will appear with all fields within Surefront

  16. Choose a field

  17. Choose what kind of data to add

  18. Click Add

  19. Repeat above steps to add more field filters

  20. Click Save when finished

    To remove the filter

  21. Click Filter

  22. Click Clear All

  23. Click Save
