When you receive a Project from your Sales team it will show up here: left menu button > Categories > Select Department > Select Category title > Projects tab.
All internal Projects sent by your sales team will be under the "Requested Updates" folder.
You will need to click on a Project in the "Requested Updates" folder.
If you are sending all the designated items to multiple suppliers, then you are able to click the "Request Quote" button and send it on over for review.
If you do not want certain suppliers to see certain items, you can click on the individual items to send out separately at your choosing.
Select the item and head on into the Product's detail's page. Once here, you will need to select "Request Quote" at the top.
In the pop-up that appears you can choose as many Suppliers as needed to get you a price by clicking the checkboxes next to the Supplier name and you can also write a quick message detailing your specific needs with the item.
Once you are done, click send and you are good to go!
