Sending messages on Surefront is now easier than ever. There are two options for connecting to your customer or team member:
Head to either a quote or an order: left menu button > Accounts > Customer > Quotes or Order. The two ways to communicate are:
Click on the "Notify Participants" button at the top right. Type out a message in the available text field. Click on the "Send" button and the chosen participants will receive an email in their inbox with the message and a link to the corresponding order. (Not available in quotes).
Click the Supplier or Team Chat Tab on the top of your quote. Write a quick message detailing your attention to the quote and place an @ symbol with the name of the person you are writing the message for. Click send and they will receive an automatic notification on their end to respond to the quote or order.
