A default PDF line sheet appears only when it is enabled for your company. Export Product Data options vary by account and configured templates.
A default line sheet presents multiple selected products in a PDF with images and basic product information.
- Select products in the Catalog, CRM quote or order, or PLM project, quote, or order.
- Open the export action. In PIM, use the product actions menu; in CRM and PLM, use the download action.
- Select the default line-sheet export if it is available. Review the generated PDF before sharing.
Customizable PDF line sheets and company-configured templates may require an account feature or upgrade. If the expected option is not shown, contact your administrator or Surefront representative.
