Tech Packs are PDF downloads that allow you to view data for a single item in a PDF file with a couple clicks. PDF's include all images and all product fields except private fields. Sticky notes and components are not included in the default version.
The exports can be downloaded from the product details page found in:
The catalog in Product Information Management (PIM)
Quotes and Order in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Projects, Quotes and Orders in Product Lifecyle Management (PLM)
From any of the above areas:
Click on the item number to enter the product details area.
Click Download
The download will automatically start.
