A default PDF tech pack appears only when it is enabled for your company. Export Product Data options vary by account and configured templates.
A default tech pack presents one product’s images and product fields in a PDF. Review the downloaded PDF to confirm which fields and attachments it contains before sharing.
- Open the product from the Catalog, CRM quote or order, or PLM project, quote, or order.
- Open the product details and choose the download/export action.
- Select the default tech-pack export if it is available.
- Review the downloaded PDF before sharing it.
Customizable PDF tech packs and company-configured templates may require an account feature or upgrade. If the expected option is not shown, contact your administrator or Surefront representative.
