Use company guidance to help Sura understand your terminology and ways of working. Authorized administrators configure Sura in a normal browser. The available controls depend on your account and assigned permissions.
Add company context
- Open Customize in Sura.
- Under Company context, download the company questionnaire.
- Describe your terminology, product information, workflows, and supplier relationships. Have the relevant owner review the answers.
- Use Open Knowledge Base to upload the completed document, or ask a colleague with Knowledge Base management access to upload it.
- Confirm processing reaches Ready, then ask questions that should use the new material and review the sources.
Downloading or filling in the questionnaire does not update Sura until the completed material is added and processed.
Under Response preferences, use the available sections to add brief instructions or suggest wording. Available sections and controls depend on your account permissions.
Choose where guidance belongs
Use Response preferences for brief instructions about tone, format, and operating rules. Put detailed reference material in Knowledge Base. Examples offers questions users can try; it does not configure Sura's behavior.
Review the result
Check answers as the intended user role and company. An administrator's or staff preview's access can differ from a colleague's. Keep an owner for the guidance and update it when the business process changes.
