Use Sura to find and explain information your Surefront account can access. Include enough context for Sura to identify the records and dates you mean.
Ask your first question
- Sign in to Surefront and open Sura.
- Select AI Agent, then enter a specific question in Message Sura. Include an Item#, customer, order, date range, or status when it matters.
- Select a starter question if useful, edit it in the composer, and send when ready. Read the answer and open its sources when available. Ask a follow-up to clarify a date, quantity, or missing detail.
For example: “Show confirmed orders with ship dates next month” or “Find active catalog products matching this Item#.”
Use the Language and Response length controls when you want a different response. Available response lengths include Concise, Standard, and Detailed.
Be clear about scope and dates
When you ask about orders without specifying a status, Sura uses confirmed orders. When you ask about products without specifying a scope, Sura uses active catalog products and excludes archived products. Item# is the identifier your team sees on products.
Name the date you mean: PO date, ship/start date, cancel date, or last modified date. These answer different questions. Add a date range when you want a period rather than a single record.
Check the answer
Ask “Which records or sources support this answer?” if the basis is unclear. Confirm important dates, quantities, totals, and commitments in the relevant Surefront record before acting. Missing data or an outdated source can make an answer incomplete.
